Okay, so it sounds like you're dealing with some pretty uncomfortable issues right now with the constipation and excess burping. Based on what you're sharing, you’re already doing some of the right things like the water and fruits and veggies. But let's see if we can fine-tune it a little more with some Ayurvedic insights. First, about triphala—it's generally quite effective but sometimes needs a bit longer or a different approach depending on your dosha balance. Make sure you're taking it with warm water before bed, and sometimes increasing the amount just a tiny bit can help. But you know, don't go overboard! Your symptoms suggest a Vata imbalance, with the bloating and constipation usually pointing in that direction. Focusing on warming and moistening your digestive environment could help. Have you tried sipping on warm ginger tea throughout the day? It can really soothe things down there. Something else: make sure you're having regular meals. Skipping them or eating randomly can trap air in the system, making burping worse. Also, try consuming meals that are easier to digest - like something simple and cooked, not raw—think Khichadi or warm soups instead of just raw veggies. Daily oil massage (Abhyanga) with sesame oil might help in balancing your Vata too. This can help in calming the nervous system, aiding digestion. Honestly, a little bit of yoga focusing on twists could stimulate your digestive system there. But, take it easy, no need to strain yourself. Lastly, sounds basic but really, try to relax. Stress and anxiety can slow things down even more. Some gentle deep breathing or a few minutes of meditation each day can be grounding. You should see a shift in your symptoms with these tweaks, but if you're having any severe pain or discomfort, don't hesitate to consult a doctor just to be on the safe side.
