I am trying to figure out how to use gain fragrance oil in my life better. So, like, I recently bought some gain fragrance oil because I wanted to add some nice smells to my home, y'know? I just love fresh scents and thought it could help with that. But now I'm kinda confused on how exactly I should be using this. I mean, the bottle says to use it in diffusers and stuff, but like, how much do I put in? And can I mix gain fragrance oil with anything else, or will that mess it up? Also, I read somewhere that gain fragrance oil can actually help with stress relief and improve the mood, but that seems too good to be true! I've just been feeling a little overwhelmed lately with work and personal stuff, and honestly, I'm hoping this could help. The other day, I tried putting a few drops in my bath, and it smelled amazing, but I didn't feel much different afterwards, y'know? I really want to enjoy the benefits that gain fragrance oil is supposed to offer, but I'm not sure if I'm matching it with the right moments? Do I just use it when I'm cleaning or also at other times? Oh, and one thing that worries me is if I’m gonna be okay with using it.
