I am dealing with this really annoying dermatitis on my arms and legs, and I just feel so hopeless at times. The dryness and itching are driving me crazy! I’ve tried all these over-the-counter creams, and while they help a bit, nothing seems to actually get rid of it. I did some reading and saw that maybe an ayurvedic treatment for dermatitis could be worth a shot. I really don't want to just mask the symptoms, you know? I want something that actually heals my skin. I’m curious about what natural remedies or herbs might be effective since all the chemicals aren’t working. Like, someone told me to try neem because it’s supposed to be great for skin issues, but I’m not sure how to use it or if there are other options. It's just so frustrating — some days I think it’s clearing up, then bam, a breakout happens outta nowhere! Any thoughts on what ayurvedic treatment for dermatitis has worked for others? I’ve heard about a few oils, but I don't want to be overwhelmed trying to figure out what to use. I really wish I could just find something that fits into my routine. Help would be sooo appreciated!!!
