Does Mahanarayana Thailam effectively alleviate joint pain and is it safe for regular use? - #22617

I am really struggling lately with some joint pain, especially in my knees and elbows, and I keep hearing about mahanarayana thailam. My friend swears by this herbal oil and it’s got me curious, but I’m kinda skeptical too. I tried some over-the-counter stuff last week and it didn’t help at all, just made my skin itchy. So, I’m wondering if mahanarayana thailam would actually make a difference.
