Sir.. Can I use anu tail nasya in the morning and ghee nasya at the time of sleeping or before bed???
You are mentioning that you’re having different types of headaches along with dizziness, vertigo lightheadedness So have you done any investigation like MRI scan or CBC or thyroid profile to rule out the exact cause for your above symptoms instead of taking medicine blindly it is important 1st to know the root cause for your above symptoms and then start medication by taking medicine, you might be Having temporary relief. But again after few days or week again, it may restart so better. I suggest you to go for routine investigations. Meanwhile, you can start the above medication which is not having any harm and sometimes because of low blood pressure. Also you might feel lightheadedness. So I suggest you to go for investigations first, meanwhile, with above medication, you can add tab Medha vati-one tablet twice daily after food with warm water Saraswathi aristha-4 teaspoon with equal quantity of water twice daily after food

It sounds like you have been experiencing varying types of head discomfort. Since you describe symptoms like lightheadedness, vertigo, dizziness, and severe headaches, attention to your Prakriti and dosha aggravations can indeed guide the approach. Your Pitta-prakriti with occasional tridosha or Vata-Pitta imbalances is a vital part of understanding this scenario. While you've experimented with A2 ghee for Nasya, and it hasn't delivered the relief you're looking for, there are alternate approaches to consider. For your Pitta-Vata imbalance, the choice of nasya oil needs to be harmonizing and soothing for both these doshas. Anu Taila is a classical nasya oil often recommended for balancing Vata and Pitta doshas. It is traditionally used to clear the nasal passages and calm the mind, which may benefit your symptoms. Administer 2-3 drops daily in each nostril, preferably in the morning, and lie down for a few minutes allowing it to be absorbed. If there's a persistent dizziness or vertigo, Jyotishmati Taila could be helpful due to its calming and nerve-strengthening properties. As for mustard oil - it’s generally more warming and might aggravate Pitta, so be cautious if your symptoms lean towards Pitta imbalance. It's essential to consider broader lifestyle and dietary adjustments as well. Emphasising cooling foods such as cucumber, cilantro, and coconut water can help balance Pitta, while grounding foods such as warm soups and root vegetables may stabilize Vata. Avoid excessive spicy, fried, and sour foods to prevent further aggravation. In your routine, incorporate practices like Yoga and Pranayama to support mind calmness. Specifically, Sheetali pranayama or alternate nostril breathing can balance the doshas and reduce stress. Consider consulting an Ayurvedic practitioner for personalized guidance. Your practitioner may also suggest formulations like Bramhi and Shatavari to support mental clarity and balance. Remember, persistent severe headaches warrant further investigation, likely with a healthcare professional.
