खाया पीया शरीर को नही लगता है। भुख भी नही लगती हैं । शरीर कमजोर हो रहा है । हाथ पैरो मै दर्द सा रहता है। दवाई लेने पर कब्ज एक बार तो ठीक हो जाती है लेकिन बाद में वापस होने लगती है मेरी उम्र 24.5 वर्ष है और वजन 58kg है। यह समसया पिछले एक महिने से है। और मैं शाकाहारी हूँ तथा अधिक मसाले और तेल भी नही खाता हूं ।

Include हींग in your diet. Include BUTTERMILK (छास )in your diet daily Skip on all addictions. Avoid all types of tea. None will help. Try to have dinner before sunset, if that is not possible try walking 100 steps Avoid pickles, papad, fried food, non veg food in dinner.

Syp. Kutajarisht 2tsp twice a day before with luke warm water Tab. Suthshekhar Ras 2tabs twice a day before food with lukewarm water. Tab. Ampachak Vati 2tabs twice a day before food with lukewarm water. Tab. Kamdudha Ras 2 tabs twice a day before food with lukewarm water.

Tab. Shankhavati 2 tabs after food (गोली को चूस के खाना)

आपकी जो समस्या है, वो दोषों के असंतुलन का परिणाम हो सकती है, विशेषकर वात और पित्त का। ये बतलाता है कि शायद आपका पाचन अग्नि कमजोर हो गया है, जिससे भोजन सही से पच नही पा रहा और कब्ज की समस्या होती है।

सबसे पहले, अपने खान-पान में सादगी बनाएँ। साबूत अनाज जैसे जौं, रागी, और साबुत गेहूं का अधिक प्रयोग करें, ये धीरे-धीरे पचते हैं और अग्नि को प्रोत्साहित करते हैं। हरी सब्जियाँ जैसे लौकी, तोरई और पालक का सेवन करें। अपने आहार में कच्ची सब्जियाँ कम करें, इन्हें पका कर ही खाएँ।

गुनगुने पानी में थोड़ा नींबू का रस और एक चुटकी सेंधा नमक मिलाकर सुबह-सुबह पीने से पाचन सिस्टम को सुधारने में मदद मिल सकती है। ये पाचन अग्नि को जाग्रत करने में मदद करता है।

ताजे और पके हुए फल भी मददगार हो सकते हैं। जैसे कि पके केले, पपीता और सेब का सेवन कर सकते हैं। ये आंतों को सही से काम करने में मदद करते हैं। कब्ज के लिए एक और उपाय है कि रात में सोते समय एक गिलास गर्म दूध में एक चम्मच घी डालकर पिएँ। यह मल को नरम करेगा और कब्ज को दूर करेगा।

हलासन और पवनमुक्तासन जैसे योगासन भी पेट को राहत देंगे। नियमित रूप से हफ्ते में कम से कम तीन बार इनका अभ्यास करें।

छोटे-छोटे आहार लेकर चबाकर खाएं, ये पाचन क्रिया को बेहतर बनाएंगे। अधिक तरल पेय पदार्थों का सेवन करें, लेकिन ध्यान दें कि भोजन के साथ जल न पियें।

बहरहाल, महीने भर से बनी समस्या हो रही है तो, यदि समस्या बनी रहती हैं तो एक बार चिकित्सक से सलाह अवश्य लें। कुछ और गम्भीरता से परख करने की जरूरत हो सकती है।
