Is it safe to take Ashokarishta after miscarriage and cesarean? - #47205

Hi I had a miscarriage last year and also cesarean operation in 2020. i have bloating,harmonal imbalance and belly fat. is it safe to take ashokarishta ? Please advise me a dose as well. thank you.
