I have a constant upper back pain pressure nausea and some time vomiting and headache. I have this issue for the last 3 years. I change doctor to doctor I had done endoscopy colonoscopy all report normal just have rectal ulcer due to constipation. I feel very tired and can't focus on my work. Please help

Sofiya, your problem is purely vata pitta disbalance,or can call gastric problem. Take- A. Avipattikar Churna – 1 tsp after lunch and dinner

B.shankh vati-( 2-0-2)

C.Aragwadharishta– 10 ml + equal water after meals

C. Dadimashtaka Churna – 1 tsp twice a day with warm water or ghee

Avoid: Tea, coffee, fried/oily food, cold water, dairy (except ghee), spicy pickles
