Hello Namaste Mohd ji
Chronic itching on the buttocks especially worsening at night and in summer is a sign of underlying pitta kapha dusti along with possible twak vaha srotas dusti and rakta vitiation.
From an ayurvedic view such itchung called kandu or sitapaka is often due to factors like-
-accumulation of sweat and toxins
-allergic tendencies
-fungal infection(dadru/charmadala)
-poor hygiene or moisture retention
-improper diet spicy,oily,fermented food
Probable diagnosis- dadru (fungal infection), kandu(pruritis), skin disorders due to pitta kapha imbalance, Rakta dusti (impurity in blood)
Follow this treatment protocol you will get 100% relief
1) local application
For day time
Apply triphala guggulu+gandhak rasayana+neem oil= make paste and apply in morning before bath 45 minutes before
Cream options- himalaya dermacare cream
Charak cutis ointment
Aimil cutenox gel,
Nimbadi malam or jatyadi ghrita ointment-if skin is dry or cracked
For night application-
Nalpamradi keram
Or use Gandhak malhar+ neem taila
Always clean the area with warm water and dry it completely before application
2) internal medications
To purify blood and reduce itching
-sarivadyasava-15 ml with equal water after lunch and dinner
-gandhak rasayana- 250mg 2 times a day after meals
-kaishor guggulu- 2 tabs twice a day after food
-haridra khanda- 1 tsp with warm milk at night (best for allergic itching)
External wash-
Boil 1tsp each of neem leaves+triphala+ daruharidra in 2 cups of water till half remains
Use this warm decoction to clean buttock area twice daily before applying ointment or oils
4)Diet and life style
AVOID- curd,milk at night,fermented foods,sweets,bakery items
Spicy,oily,junk,and very salty food
Tight synthetic undergarments
Prefer- bitter vegetable like neem karela turmeric
Light moong dal khichdi,lauki,tori,parval,old rice
Drink neem water, amla juice, aloe vera juice daily
Wash underwear daily, wear cotton, and keep area dry
Avoid long sitting in sweat drenched clothes
Use talc powder with neem or yastimadhu in hot weather
Practice pranayam like sheetali and sheetkari at night
Bath with neem water or panchamrut soap (herbal)
Mix 1/2 tsp neem churna+ 1/2 tsp ghandhak rasayana powder+ 1 tsp virgin coconut pil apply this paste locally every night
Duration to take this treatment-1 month
Do follow
Hope this might be helpful
Thank you

Itseems like the itching you're experiencing could be linked to a few factors such as heat, sweat and possibly histamine release at night. Ayurveda looks into such disturbances by examining the balance of doshas, especially Pitta and Vata doshas which could be causing the sensation of itchiness. For relief, we can explore some ayurveda options, starting with topical and lifestyle remedies.
You might want to apply coconut oil or sesame oil infused with neem leaves. Neem possess natural anti-inflammatory, antimicrobial properties that help in soothe the skin and reduce inflammation. Gently warm the oil, adding neem leaves, allowing them to steep for a few hours. Strain it before use. Apply it on the affected areas before you sleep.
Additionally, consider taking a bath with an astringent herbal bath powder. Ingredients like chickpea flour (besan), turmeric, and sandalwood powder mixed with some dried neem leaf powder can be helpful. Just apply the powder on wet skin, let it stay for a few minutes, and then rinse it off.
Since you mentioned an increase in symptoms in summer, maintaining a cool environment might help. Wear loose, breathable cotton clothes to allow air circulation. Avoid wearing synthetic fabrics that could irritate your skin.
For diet, focus on balancing Pitta, reduce spicy, fried or overly salty foods. Increasing intake of cucumber, watermelon or coconut water in your diet can cool the body from within.
Remember to stay hydrated, as dehydration can aggravate Vata and Pitta. Drink warm, herbal teas or simply plain water.
If there's no improvement in the condition within a few weeks, or if it worsen, it is crucial to consult with a healthcare professional for a proper diagnosis and treatment. Its always essential to focus on both topical solutions as well as balancing your doshas internally for a holistic approach.
