Autoimmune thyroid and hair fall - #22908

Have auto immune thyroid and severe hairfall, tiredness ,mood swing,fear ,joint pain,skin rashes,maturity face.Am taking thyroxine75 mg and tsh is decreased but no improvement inhealth.Same old body condition

Eventhough your TSH is decreasing, your symptoms suggest that your body not fully aligned with the treatment. Skin rashes and joint pain can also interconnected with auto immune disease.
I advise you to check vitamin D, B12, and iron. Deficiencies of these can also lead to these symptoms.
1. Kanchanara guggulu 2-0-2 before food.
It might help in balancing your thyroid function and associated symptoms.
2. Ksheerabala tailam for head massage.
Helps in hairfall, mood swings.
3. Dhanwantaram tailam for whole body massage.

Hey dear,by allopathic treatment is correcting hormone levels but not addressing root causes, which are autoimmune inflammation
ayurveda does give a supportive treatment to the disfunctioning of thyroid and will enhance immunity. You pls consult a ayurvedic physician nearby for a physical attendance. Panchakarma will also work good .

Arogyavrdhini vati 2-0-2
Saptamrit lauh- 1-1-1
Bhringarajasava – 10 ml with equal water after lunch & dinner
Anutail (put in the nostril while sleeping 2drops each)
Aloevera juice will be good taking morning empty stomach
🚫 Avoid:
Gluten (wheat, maida, bread)
Sugar, dairy (except ghee), cold foods
Soya, cabbage, cauliflower (raw)
✅ Eat:
Warm meals: moong dal khichdi, sabudana, oats porridge
Rice, ghee, soft cooked veg (lauki, spinach, beetroot, methi)
Seeds: pumpkin, flax, sesame
Fruits: papaya, pomegranate, apple (avoid citrus on empty stomach)
Some yoga asanas good for you-
Bhramari pranayama + Anulom vilom for 10 mins daily
Light yoga: Bhujangasana, Vajrasana, Mandukasana
