Hey dear,by allopathic treatment is correcting hormone levels but not addressing root causes, which are autoimmune inflammation ayurveda does give a supportive treatment to the disfunctioning of thyroid and will enhance immunity. You pls consult a ayurvedic physician nearby for a physical attendance. Panchakarma will also work good .
