Considering the improvements you've seen with your current regimen, you're on the right track. An increase in sperm morphology from 1% to 3% is a positive sign. Yet considering the complexities of fertility, there might be more aspects to fine-tune or explore. In Ayurveda, fertility is influenced by Shukra dhatu, and its balance is key for reproductive health. Firstly, continue with your current medication, given it's bringing positive results. Coenzyme Q10, known for its antioxidant properties, is beneficial, and in conjunction with Ayurvedic medicine, it's showing promise in your case. It's of essence to examine diet and lifestyle as part of a holistic approach. Consider feeding your Agni with nourishing and sattvic foods. Eating warm, easy-to-digest meals can nurture your entire system, and thus, your reproductive vitality. Include foods like almonds, walnuts, and pumpkin seeds which can enhance reproductive tissues. Timing is essential. Consume your largest meal in the middle of the day when digestion is strongest. Avoid cold and raw foods which may disturb your Agni, and introduce more ghee, milk, and ripe fruits. On the lifestyle front, ensure regular physical activity and manage stress levels, as they significantly impact fertility. Pranayama and meditation practices can balance your mind and body. They aid in stress reduction, a vital element for fertility. Herbs like Ashwagandha, Shatavari, and Gokshura are traditionally known to support fertility. However, their dosage and suitability need to be assessed by a qualified practitioner who understands your unique Prakriti and current health status. Keep hydration consistent, but avoid excessive liquid consumption with meals. And timing is crucial, including proper sleep schedules - sleep before 10 PM aligns with the natural circadian rhythms. Finally, always stay in touch with healthcare providers to monitor changes, and adjust your approach as needed to complement your path towards discovering fertily renewal.
