I am really struggling with these constant headaches lately, and it's been driving me nuts. Like, I’ve tried everything, even over-the-counter meds, but nothing seems to work for more than a few hours. It’s usually a pounding kind of pain, sometimes appearing after I stare at a computer for too long, but other times it just hits outta nowhere. I heard a lot about Ayurveda and want to know how to cure headache naturally. I’m curious about herbs or maybe dietary changes? Just feels like I need some real help here! Any tips on how to cure headache would be super appreciated! Thank you!
