No very rare chances. If you have any doubt go for investigation. HIV transmits through body fluids I.e. blood, saliva, semen etc.

The concern about potential HIV transmission through oral-genital contact, such as someone performing oral sex on you, is understandable. While the risk is relatively low, it isn't zero. HIV transmission through receiving oral sex is considered very unlikely, but it's not impossible if the person performing oral sex has cuts, bleeding gums, or sores in their mouth, as HIV is primarily spread through bodily fluids such as blood, semen, vaginal fluids, and breast milk. Regarding other STDs, it's important to note that some infections can indeed be transmitted through oral-genital contact, including gonorrhea, syphilis, herpes, chlamydia, and others. The likelihood can depend on various factors, including the presence of active lesions, sores, or other infections in the mouth or throat. From an Ayurvedic perspective, maintaining optimum health can help the body resist infections. It might be beneficial to support your immune system and overall health during this time. Here are a few suggestions: 1. Boost Agni (digestive fire): Consuming spices like ginger, black pepper, and turmeric can enhance digestion and assimilation of nutrients, thereby supporting your immune system. 2. Herbs: Amalaki (Indian gooseberry) and Tulsi (Holy Basil) are known for their immune-modulating properties and can be incorporated into your daily regimen, either in the form of tea or supplements. 3. Diet: Ensure a balanced diet that suits your prakriti (constitution), with a focus on fresh fruits, vegetables, and whole grains. Avoid excessive intake of sweets, fried, or processed foods which can weaken immunity. 4. Regular rest and exercise: Maintain regular sleep patterns and engage in regular physical activity suited to your constitution, such as yoga or a brisk walk. Nonetheless, considering possible exposure to STDs, I strongly recommend that you consult a healthcare professional for a comprehensive check-up, and necessary tests. They can provide advice tailored specifically to your situation and offer peace of mind and ensure your health is properly managed. This is important particularly for your own health safety and management.
