I am really struggling with my hair lately, it feels so dry and lifeless. A friend mentioned that I should try dabur amla oil for hair since she swears by it. I'd love to do something natural instead of those chemical-heavy products, you know? I noticed my hair got worse after I started using a new shampoo, and it’s like it frizzed out overnight. I’ve even had some breakage, which is frustrating. Anyway, I’ve read online that dabur amla oil is good for hair but also saw some mixed reviews. Like, is it really helpful for all hair types? I can’t tell if the people raving about it are just lucky or if there’s something to it. Also, do you need to use it every day for it to work? I don't mind oily hair for a bit if it means I can get my shine back. Any thoughts on how to use it, or if dabur amla oil is good for hair? Just really want my hair to look healthy again!
