I am dealing with some health concerns lately, and I keep hearing that ashwagandha is like a miracle herb, but I am kinda confused about it. A couple of months ago, I started noticing some weird symptoms, mood swings, and even, um, irregular periods. I did some blood tests, and my doctor said my estrogen levels were slightly high, which isn't really what I expected at all! I started researching remedies and came across ashwagandha, and there's this chatter about whether ashwagandha lower estrogen levels. Like, does ashwagandha lower estrogen, for real?
