I am really curious if ayurvedic medicine effective, because I've been dealing with this annoying digestive issue for like months now. It all started after a trip abroad, and I'm not sure if it was something I ate or just the stress of traveling, but since then, my stomach has been all over the place — bloating, gas, you name it. I've seen a regular doctor, and they just said it's probably irritable bowel syndrome, but I'm not convinced that's all it is. I heard a lot about ayurvedic medicine, how it looks at the body and mind as a whole and uses natural herbs and stuff. I dipped my toes into some online research, and some people claim ayurvedic medicine effective for chronic issues like mine. But I’m also a bit skeptical, ya know?
