I am dealing with some digestive issues lately, and honestly, it's driving me a bit crazy. My friend was telling me about anjeer and how it's supposed to help, but I’m kind of unsure. Like, what is the benefits of anjeer, for real? I’ve read some stuff online, but it feels like too much info, ya know? Just freaking overwhelming! Last week I had, like, the worst bloating after eating dinner and also felt super sluggish. I tried cutting down on processed foods, and was told anjeer might be a good natural remedy. Also, I know it’s rich in fiber and stuff, but does it actually help with digestion? I had a few dried anjeer pieces with my breakfast and it was kinda sweet, but also I don't want to overdo it or anything. Anyways, what is the benefits of anjeer regarding overall health?
