I am really struggling these days with how to relax my mind from overthinking. Like, it's been a constant loop of thoughts that just won't shut up! Especially at night, I find myself lying in bed replaying conversations or worrying about tomorrow. It’s exhausting! Just last week, I had this huge presentation at work, and I was freaking out about every tiny detail. Even when it was over, I kept wondering if I did okay or if I forgot something important. My friends say I need to meditate or do yoga, but honestly, I feel like my brain can't even focus enough for that. I read somewhere about herbs or teas that might help with how to relax my mind from overthinking, but I have NO idea what to try. Anyone out there have tips? Or any personal experiences with how to relax your mind from overthinking? I just want some peace, you know?
