I am really worried about my high blood pressure lately. Just a few weeks ago, during a routine check-up, my doctor said my numbers were higher than normal and suggested medication. I totally want to avoid that if possible! A friend mentioned that Can Ayurveda cure high blood pressure? I’ve read a bit about herbal remedies and lifestyle changes in Ayurveda, but not sure where to start. My diet’s been kinda off recently, too—lots of takeaway and junk food since I’ve been super busy with work. Also, I have this stress at work that's just piling up! 😩 I guess I’m looking for ideas on what I could do naturally. Are there specific herbs or practices that can help? Like, how about yoga or dietary changes? Can certain foods really make a difference? I heard that meditation can lower blood pressure, but I struggle to stay consistent with that. Also, should I combine these Ayurvedic tips with my doc’s advice? I don’t wanna mix things up and mess myself up more. Really hoping someone has some insights!!!
