I am really confused about something I read online! My cousin was telling me how eating tomato and curd together is really bad and can cause a lot of digestive issues. This got me thinking because I always enjoy having cucumber raita with my tomato salads, right? So, I decided to try it out again and, as usual, mixed my chopped tomatoes into the curd, and it tasted awesome. But then, I felt a bit of acidity later, and now I’m left wondering if it’s really true what people say. Like, can we eat tomato and curd together? I mean, is there any science behind this? I don’t know if it was just a coincidence that I felt weird or if it was actually because of the tomato and curd mix. I really love both, and avoiding one feels like a huge sacrifice!
