I am dealing with this ongoing back pain that’s been really messing with my life. Few months ago, I got an MRI and they said I have a disc bulge—yep, that’s what they called it. Honestly, I didn't even know what that meant at first. I've been tryin’ physical therapy, and got some pain meds, but it feels like a never-ending cycle of discomfort and frustration. I really wanna know if a disc bulge can be cured permanently. I mean, some days are better than others but there are times when I can barely get out of chair without cringing. I read online about Ayurvedic approaches, and I’m curious whether any natural treatments could make a difference. Can disc bulge be cured permanently with these methods? I tried yoga too, thinking it might help, but it risks more harm than good on my bad days. Anybody had a similar experience? How did you handle it?
