I am dealing with some nagging issues lately, and I think I might have too much pitta in my body. It’s really frustrating. I’ve been feeling super hot, to the point where even a light summer breeze feels like a heat wave, ugh! Plus, I'm getting these weird rashes, and my digestion's been way off — like, super acidic. I went to the doc and they mentioned pitta imbalance during our chat, which I honestly didn’t know could cause all this! I try to avoid spicy foods, but I still feel this fire inside. I mean, is it possible to really find out how to reduce pitta from body without going too overboard? I’m thinking of trying some Ayurvedic remedies I read about online but not sure where to start, like do I need to change my whole diet or is there something simple? How to reduce pitta from body naturally without freaking out?? Is it worth it to see an Ayurvedic doc or can I manage this myself? Any help would mean the world!
