I am really curious about this herb called shankhpushpi. Lately, I have been feeling super stressed out, like my mind's always racing, and it’s hard to focus on anything. A friend mentioned that what is shankhpushpi and how it might help with anxiety and improving memory? I did some search online, and it seems to be linked with calming the mind. But honestly, I don’t know a lot about it. I’ve tried some other remedies like chamomile tea and a few breathing exercises, but nothing seems to stick.
