Hello I totally understood the situation you are going through. But nothing to worry You should realize onething this anxiety and fear for death is a common thing and most of people in the world have this. We are here for a short period that is *life* , in that short period of life we should enjoy each and every moment, I should say try to live in this moment. Try to do things that makes your soul happy ,like Traveling, Reading, film watching, cooking, Painting , Shopping etc As you mentioned above the discomforts of your chest are mostly due to this anxiety (Have you taken any ECG during this pain?) For that you can have 1.Kalyanakam kashayam 15ml+ 45ml lukewarm water twice daily before food 2.Aswagandarishtam 15ml twice daily after food 3.Manasamitra tab 1 st bedtime *Suggested SHIRODHARA (Ayurvedic treatment)which can helps to calm your mind (visit a nearby Ayurvedic treatment center) *Do's 3-4litres of water /day More focus on fruits and vegetables Include Sprouted grains Walking - daily 30min to 1hour Practice yoga and meditation regularly *Don'ts Tea /coffee Oily too salty sour sweet foods Junk foods Carbonated/soft drinks Maida and its

Experiencing multiple symptoms can indeed be overwhelming, especially when they relate to anxiety and fears of mortality. Your description points towards anxiety, possibly coupled with a cervical (neck-related) issue, contributing to physical pain such as in the hand, shoulder, and neck. In Ayurveda, imbalances in specific doshas like Vata, Pitta, and Kapha can cause these symptoms. Let's explore this further with tailored recommendations that align with your unique condition. Your symptoms like rapid heartbeats, shorness of breath, and overthinking are often linked with Vata dosha imbalance. It's important to ground and calm the Vata by making some changes in diet and lifestyle. Begin with incorporating warm, moist, and grounding foods into your meals. Think along the lines of stews, soups, and porridges, which are easier on digestion and help soothe nervous energy. Daily herbal teas such as chamomile or ashwagandha can assist in calming both mind and body. Ashwagandha is particularly known for its stress-relieving properties. Start with a small dose – consult an Ayurvedic practitioner for exact amounts suitable for you. Good sleep hygiene is essential to balance Vata. Going to bed and waking up earlier, creating a calming bedtime routine can help normalize sleep patterns. Consider mindfulness practices like meditation or gentle yoga in the evenings. Even a few minutes daily can gradually ease overthinking and support mental calmness. Regarding the stiffness and numbness in cervical region, use a warm compress or therapeutic oils like sesame oil or Mahanarayan oil for anointing the neck and shoulders. Regular gentle neck exercises can also reduce stiffness. However, it's crucial to follow your doctor's advice on any prescribed treatments, especially if they've identified cervical pain as a cause. Lastly, monitor your chest and any heavy sensations. If you experience severe or worsening symptoms, seek immediate medical attention to rule out any critical health conditions. It's always better to prioritize safety.
