I am really confused about this whole thing with my health. I've been dealing with some really stubborn digestive issues for months now. I read somewhere that Ayurvedic treatments might help, and I came across this term "vasti" but I don't really understand what is vasti in ayurveda? Someone mentioned it's some kind of cleansing process but I’m not sure how it all fits together. I often feel bloated, constipated, and just overall not great. My friend said that vasti could help detox my body, but I’m a bit skeptical. Would it really help? I mean, I also heard it's not only about digestive stuff – like, can it help with anxiety or other stresses too? Gosh, I just feel overwhelmed sometimes! I wanna feel better and am open to natural remedies. Would love some insights into what is vasti in ayurveda, and if you think it’s worth a shot for my situation.
