I'mnot getting periods regularly....last time I got 2 months ago...even I'm getting lumps on my vagina regularly for which I'm taking steroids continuously to avoid skin problems even I'm overweight I'm also getting rashes at my thighs due to fungal infections

Drink a cup of warm fennel seed tea after meals—simply steep a teaspoon of fennel seeds in hot water for about 10 minutes—to help digestion and support your hormonal balance.

For the skin lumps and rashes, these can be aggravated by Kapha dosha. Applying a paste of turmeric and water to the affected areas can soothe inflammation, turmeric’s an antiseptic and may reduce skin irritation. But continue with your steroids if prescribed by a doctor, as they are managing symptoms.
