can we eat curd in diabetes - #25660
I am really worried about my dad's diabetes. He's been struggling to keep his blood sugar levels down, and honestly, it's been pretty stressful for our whole family. He loves curd, and it’s a staple in our household, but now I’m not sure if we should be avoiding it. I mean, can we eat curd in diabetes? 🤔 I've read mixed stuff online - some say it’s healthy and can even help regulate sugar levels, while others are like “No way, it’s too high in dairy sugars!” He has been enjoying it with meals, but recently his glucose readings have been all over the place. Just yesterday, they were over 200 after lunch, and that made me super anxious! 😰 He's also been experiencing that fatigue thing and I'm not sure if it's curd-related or just the diabetes. Do you guys have thoughts on this? Can we eat curd in diabetes without it being a problem? Or should we cut it out completely? It’s just so confusing! I wanna help him but don’t want to make it worse. Thanks for any advice!
