I am dealing with some health issues and started hearing a ton about tulsi—especially what happens if we eat tulsi leaves daily. My grandmother always swore by its benefits, but I’ve gotta admit, I’m a little skeptical, ya know? A few weeks ago, I visited a local Ayurvedic practitioner who said that tulsi could help with stress and digestion and even boost immunity. Sounds amazing, right? But I’m kinda confused. Since I’m already taking some other herbal supplements, I wonder what would happen if I added tulsi to the mix. I usually drink it as tea, but what happens if we eat tulsi leaves daily instead? Like, could it be too much? Also, I heard some people say it helps with skin problems too, which I really need help with since I've been dealing with some breakouts lately.
