I am dealing with some pretty frustrating health issues lately. My doctor told me I have hyperthyroidism, and honestly, I feel kinda lost about it all. I’ve been feeling super anxious, losing weight without trying, and my heart races like I'm running a marathon, even when sitting still. It’s really affecting my daily life and I don't want to depend only on meds, you know? I started looking into natural ways because I read somewhere that what we eat can impact how to reduce hyperthyroidism by food. I’m not sure what specific foods I should be focusing on though. I mean, I've heard about cruciferous veggies like broccoli and kale being helpful, but are there others? I also worry that like, if I eat the wrong things, it could make it worse.
