which treatment is best for arthritis ayurvedic or allopathic - #25764
I am dealing with this pesky arthritis lately. Like, for the past year, I’ve been having these joint pains that come and go—it started in my knees but now it's in fingers too, ugh. I tried some over-the-counter pain meds but they don’t really do much, and I hate how they make me feel. A friend suggested I look into Ayurvedic treatments because she swears by them for her own joint issues. But, honestly, I'm confused about which treatment is best for arthritis: ayurvedic or allopathic? I mean, I read stuff about Ayurvedic herbs like turmeric and ginger and that they can help, maybe even improve my why do I still feel stiff every morning?! I've got a busy life—work and family and stuff—so I want something that actually works effectively. But is it really safe to choose ayurvedic remedies over allopathic treatment? Or should I try a combination of both? Anyone here with a similar experience? What do you think, which treatment is best for arthritis?
