I am really confused about something lately. Been dealing with some frustrating digestive issues, and I can't figure out the culprit. For a while now, I started incorporating ghee into my diet, thinking it would help with digestion and make food more enjoyable. But for some reason, things got worse. I’ve been feeling soooo bloated and each time I use the bathroom, it’s like pulling teeth. Can ghee cause constipation? I mean, is it possible that this golden goodness, which people rave about, might be messing with my gut? I can't help but wonder if it’s too much fat or maybe I’m just not combining it right with other foods. Like, I tried eating it with veggies, but still... ugh! I really wanna hear your thoughts. Is ghee causing my constipation or could it just be something else? Any advice would be super helpful!
