PCOS Peshab me jalan aur white discharge ke liye (UTI relief) - #26553 - #26840

Muskan

Namaste Doctor, Mainne pehle Sukumaram Kwath ke baare me poocha tha. Aapne 15-15 ml subah-shaam lene ko kaha tha, lekin wo available nahi hai, isliye main Sukumaram Kashayam le rahi hoon. Please confirm — kya Kashayam ke liye bhi same dose (15 ml morning & evening) sahi rahegi? Agar dose me change ho to kindly guide karein. Dr. Isha Bhardwaj Dhanyavaad, Muskan

Sukumaram Kashayam ka dose, jo prescribed hai, wo generally similar hota hai Sukumaram Kwath ke, lekin hamesha product ke manufacturer guidance ko follow karna chahiye. Kashayam ke liye bhi, aap subah aur shaam 15 ml le sakti hain, halke gungune paani ke saath, taake kashayam achhe se absorb ho. Gunguna paani digestion ko support karta hai aur agni (digestive fire) ko improve karta hai, jo Ayurveda me bohot important hai.

Agar aap market ya kisi other source se Kashayam le rahe hain, toh is baat ka dhyan rakhein ke kahi woh milawat, ya expiry date ke kareeb na ho. Khana khane ke baad ya pehle lena hai, ye bhi check karein kyunki ye digestive process ko affect kar skta hai. Samay par lene se iska asar behtar hota hai.

Agar kisi bhi tarah ki asuvindha (adverse reaction) mehsus ho, jaise kuch symptoms worsen hote huye dikhein ya kisi naye symptom ka onset ho, toh turant apne Ayurvedic physician se consult karein. Ayurveda holistic approach ko follow karta hai, isliye satvik diet rakhna aur vata dosha ko shant karna jaroori hota hai Satvik ahar me fresh fruits, vegetables, aur cow’s milk beneficial sabit ho sakte hain. Stress management bhi bohot jaroori hai, jiske liye regular meditation pratice karna helpful ho sakta hai.

Yadi kisi aur inquiry hai ya kashyam ke dosage me koi problem face kar rahe hain toh apne practitioner ko zaroor batayein. Chhoti see bhi an comfort ya confusion ko ignore karna nahi chahiye, wo long term me asar kar sakti hai. Mukhya baat yeh hai ki aap regular practice, aur disciplined lifestyle se is dawa ke fayde ko uplift kar sakti hain.

For your situation, Sukumaram Kashayam, which is a liquid decoction, generally can be taken in a similar dosage to Sukumaram Kwath. However, it’s often recommended to mix 15 ml of Kashayam with an equal amount of warm water. Take this mixture twice a day, preferrably on an empty stomach, once in the morning and once in the evening. If you experience any discomfort or side effects, it would be advisable to adjust the dosage slightly or consult with a local practitioner.

Given that you mention PCOS and possible UTI symptoms like burning sensation while urinating and white discharge, it’s crucial to ensure you’re addressing the root imbalances causing these symptoms. The symptoms you describe often connect with an aggravated Pitta dosha, possibly Vata as well, affecting your urinary and reproductive systems.

In addition to Sukumaram, you might want to focus on cooling and soothing dietary habits to pacify Pitta. Include more naturally sweet, bitter, and astringent foods in your diet. Avoid spicy, sour, and salty foods that can further aggravate Pitta. Drinking plenty of water is essential, but ensure it’s room temperature and not ice cold.

For topical relief from burning, you can apply a cold compress or gently wash with a mild, unscented oil, such as coconut oil, which can soothe irritation. Meanwhile, including herbs like Shatavari and Triphala can bolster your internal systems and support balance.

Persistent sympptoms like burning or unusual discharge should not be ignored. If they continue or worsen, it’s crucial to consult a healthcare provider to rule out infections or other complications. Use Ayurveda as a supportive approach along with professional guidance for best results and safety.
