Zandu Rhumasyl Liniment - #27520
I am dealing with some serious joint pains and it’s really starting to affect my everyday life. A couple weeks ago, I twisted my ankle while jogging, and ever since then, my knee and ankle have been killing me. I’ve tried some over-the-counter pain relievers but they only work for a short time. My mom suggested I try Zandu Rhumasyl Liniment since she swears by it for her joint issues. I’ve heard a lot of good things about it, but I’m unsure of how effective Zandu Rhumasyl Liniment really is, you know? Like, does it actually help with the pain and swelling?? I applied some Zandu Rhumasyl Liniment earlier and felt a bit of relief, but I’m a bit skeptical if it’s just temporary. Also, how often should I be using it? I want to get back to running and enjoying life, but these aches are holding me back. Another thing, any tips on other natural remedies to pair with Zandu Rhumasyl Liniment?? Would it work better with, like, warm compresses or should I stretch more? I just want to make sure I’m doing everything right to heal faster. Thanks in advance for any advice!
