I am really confused about this whole SDM L.K.B Capsule thing. A few weeks ago, I started feeling super bloated and heavy after meals. Like, no matter what I eat, I just feel off, you know? My friend suggested I try SDM L.K.B Capsule because she said it helped her with similar issues. I thought, why not? But then I looked online and found loads of stuff.
