I am really struggling with my digestion lately and thought of trying Baidyanath Kamadudha Ras, but I’m a bit confused on how to use it effectively. Last month, I started experiencing these awful stomach cramps that really had me on edge. I've been feeling bloated, and no matter what I eat, it just doesn’t sit right. My digestion feels super slow, and it's kinda ruining my day-to-day life, honestly. I went to a few doctors, but they didn't really help much. A friend mentioned Baidyanath Kamadudha Ras might help with balancing my pitta and improving digestion. I did some research and it seems promising but, like, I’m unsure how to take it and at what dosages. Do I take it on an empty stomach, or with food? And what about timing?
