I am in a bit of a dilemma here and hope you guys can help me. A few months ago, I started experienceing some intense anxiety and occasional body pains. Like, some days I can barely function, and other days it seems almost normal, ugh. I’ve been trying meditation, yoga, and just about everything, but the effects are kinda inconsistent. Then I heard about SNA Balaashwagandhaadi Oil, and it’s been mentioned a few times in some groups I follow. Has anyone tried SNA Balaashwagandhaadi Oil for anxiety and pain relief? I read that it’s supposed to help with stress and all that, but my mind is going in circles with the thought of trying it. I’m also worried about whether it’ll mess with any other supplements or herbs I’m taking?? Just started drinking some other herbal teas too, but nothing seems to be tackling my issues like I'd hope. I guess I was hoping that SNA Balaashwagandhaadi Oil could be like a magic wand and just fix everything but reality’s way more complicated. Are there side effects I should be aware of?
