I am looking for some advice here. Recently, I’ve been dealing with some pretty annoying digestive issues, like bloating and irregular bowel movements. I tried different things but nothings worked. A friend suggested that I look into Amrita kuberaksh Vati. At first, I was a bit skeptical, but then I remembered my mom used to talk about its benefits with Ayurvedic treatments. About two weeks ago, my doctor said I might have a mild imbalance in my doshas, pointing towards Vata. After that, I also faced a lot of stress at work – deadlines and everything, super chaotic! I guess that didn’t help. Anyway, I really want to know if Amrita kuberaksh Vati could help me with my gut health? Have people found relief with these kinds of problems? Sometimes it feels like my digestion is a ticking time bomb. I also read somewhere that Amrita kuberaksh Vati can boost immunity, and given the season change, I want to make sure I'm not catching whatever’s going around.
