I am really confused and a bit worried about my health lately. Been feeling kinda off for a few months now. My digestion’s been a mess — like, I’m either super bloated or running to the bathroom way too often, and I'm constantly feeling fatigued. A friend recommended I try AVP Dhathryasavam, saying it's supposed to help balance things out. I looked it up and it sounds great, but I got so many questions! I read that it’s good for both digestion and boosting energy? But I also saw some stuff about it being more of a tonic, and I’m curious if that means I should take it even when I’m not feeling sick? Like, should I be using AVP Dhathryasavam every day or just when things get really bad? And, how long does it typically take to really notice any changes?
