I am really struggling with some digestive issues lately. For the last few months, I've experienced bloating, gas, and occasional cramping after I eat. I’ve probably tried everything from ginger tea to a strict diet, but nothing seems to help!! A friend of mine mentioned Malabar Kutajarishtam and I was curious if it could be beneficial for me. Has anyone had success with Malabar Kutajarishtam for similar symptoms?
