I am really confused and looking for some guidance. A few months ago, I started feeling this weird heaviness in my stomach, and it’s seriously been affecting my daily life. After trying some home remedies, my cousin suggested I try Arya Aushadhi Vatyog Tablets since he swears by them. I figured it couldn't hurt, right? Well, I started taking them about two weeks back, and, honestly, I had a couple of good days initially, but now I'm kinda back to square one. My bloating is back, along with that lethargy, and sometimes I can’t even focus on my work. I read somewhere that Arya Aushadhi Vatyog Tablets can be super effective for digestion issues, but I’m feeling like maybe they’re just not working for me? Has anyone else had experience with Arya Aushadhi Vatyog Tablets? I mean, could it be taking them on an empty stomach or something? Or maybe I should combine them with other ayurvedic practices?
