I am a bit confused and really need help figuring out this whole thing with Vaidyaratnam Lakshmanarishtam. A couple of months back, I started having this nagging pain in my lower back, and honestly, I thought it was just me being lazy or maybe sitting too much at my desk. But it has gotten worse. I went to a doctor, and they said it could be something with my liver or digestion? Like, what? Anyway, someone in my family mentioned Vaidyaratnam Lakshmanarishtam, saying it could help with these kind of issues? I’ve been trying to eat healthier, some warm soups and less junk, but I'd like to avoid anything super invasive. Has anyone tried Vaidyaratnam Lakshmanarishtam for back pain or anything related? I've read it might balance some doshas or whatever, but not sure how it all works together. Im a little worried cause I hate taking too many medicines, and my friend said it has good results, but what if it's not for me? Should I be looking into dosages or take it with something?
