I am really at a loss here. A few months ago, I started feeling super stressed out and can’t seem to shake it off. I've tried meditation, yoga, and even some over-the-counter supplements but nothing seem to work! My friend recommended Pentacare Ashvaganda Ghrita, saying it’s amazing for stress relief. I mean, who doesn’t want some natural chill vibes, right? Anyway, I’ve been using it for about 2 weeks now and I’m unsure if it’s doing anything.
