I'm taking iron tablet everyday and tremendous hair fall is there due to all hair treatment and stress require good conditioner and shampoo weakned hair lack of sleep i did color smoothing botox in hair multiple times

Start with Amalaki rasayan 1-0-1 after food with water Ashwagandha churan 0-0-1tsp at bedtime with warm milk Apply Neelibhringadi oil twice weekly on scalp keep overnight and wash in the morning with Anti hairfall shampoo. Prevent direct Sun rays exposure use hat or use umbrella when going out during the day.

Kindly reduce stress and mqintain a good sleep cycle Go to bed atleast on 10 pm and have a regualar 8 hrs of sleep Regarding stress pratice meditation or yoga prayanama, daily atleast for 30 mins For being healthy there is need of balance of physical, mental, emotional, spiritual things and kindly follow accordingly and hairfall will reduce Apply hairoil based on scalp condition daiky especially medicated hair oils like drugs including bringaraj. While applying hairoil give a gentle massage for 15 mins and retain oil gor some more time and was off with herbal products
You can also do pack with amla powder and ricewater for 30 min

For gut health Gulucyadi kashayam 15 ml with 20 ml water B/F. Avipathi Choornam 1 tsp night with lukewarm water. Do follow wisely

Hello Rupall ji, Treatment - 1.Amalaki rasayan -5gm twice a day after lunch and dinner 2. Bhringraj tablet 2-0-2 after meals. 3. Badam Rogan oil - 2-2 drops in each nostril either in the morning empty stomach or at bedtime. 4.For hair growth - If scalp is dry-Castor oil mixed with coconut oil- Apply on the hair and massage gently.Use twice a week. If scalp is oily- Use Neelibhringadi oil on scalp and gently massage - twice a week. 5. For dandruff or flakes- Tankan bhasma -5gms - Mix it with coconut oil and apply

. Boil 1 spoon of triphla powder in 2 glasses of water,let it cool then use this for hairwash once a week.

Diet- Eat antioxidant and vitamin c,E rich diet . Eat amla, spinach,dates, soaked and peeled almonds. Avoid fast food, oily food.

Yoga- Anulomvilom,Adhomukhashavasan, Uttanasan

Lifestyle modifications -

Hair fall can be quite concerning, especially with so many external factors at play like hair coloring, smoothing, and other treatments. While hair treatments can cause damage, stress and lifestyle choices like lack of sleep and diet can also exacerbate this issue. You’re already supplementing with iron which is a good start since it helps if you have an iron deficiency that can cause hair loss. However, it’s essential to balance your doshas, particularly Vata and Pitta, which often relate to hair and skin problems in Ayurveda.

To start, you might want to focus on nourishment. Consider using a good quality coconut or sesame oil and massage it gently into your scalp. Ayurvedic texts recommend a weekly head massage (also known as abhyanga), which can be done with Amla oil or Bhringraj oil. These are excellent for promoting hair growth and reducing hair fall. Allow the oil to stay for at least 30 minutes before washing it off with a mild, herbal shampoo. Avoid shampoos with harsh chemicals.

In terms of dietary habits, focusing on foods that cool Pitta can be beneficial. Include amla, spinach, almonds, and other nutritious foods in your diet for better hair health. Make sure to consume enough protein, as it is vital for your hair’s structure.

Getting enough rest is crucial. Try to maintain a regular sleep schedule – aim for 7-8 hours per night. Establishing a relaxing bedtime routine, like meditation or reading, may help improve your sleep quality.

From a lifestyle perspective, practice stress-reducing activities such yoga or meditation can: promote overall balance. Additionally, try to limit the usage of heating tools on your hair such as curlers or straighteners, as they can further damage the hair.

If hair fall continues, consider consulting with a professional who can tailor a more personalized treatment based on your specific Prakriti and current imbalances.
