I am really struggling with sleep issues and feeling kinda restless lately. I read about the Vasu Aromatics Lemongrass Essential Oil and thought maybe it could help me chill out. You know, I've tried several other essential oils but none really seem to work that well for me. So when I saw the Vasu Aromatics Lemongrass Essential Oil, I thought, why not give it a shot? The other night, I had this super long day — I was stressed from work, and by the time I got home, I just couldn't wind down. If I lit up a candle or a diffuser with other scents, it just felt overwhelming. But lemongrass sounded refreshing, plus, I heard it can help with calming down nerves and stuff. Have any of you tried the Vasu Aromatics Lemongrass Essential Oil? What do you think? Does it really work for relaxation and sleep? I don’t even know if I should use it straight or mix it with some carrier oil. And does it really have that uplifting effect they say? I mean, I just wanna find something that helps me sleep thru the night without feeling like a zombie in the morning. Any tips or experiences would be super appreciated! Thanks!
