I am dealing with so much stress lately, and I feel like I need some serious help. A couple of months ago, things started going downhill when my workload increased drastically. I’ve been having these crazy mood swings, and I can’t sleep at night. My doctor suggested some supplements and one thing that kept coming up in the conversation was SNA Ashwagandhaadi Leham. They said it could help with stress and support my overall health. I did some research and found that it’s full of goodness from ashwagandha, which sounds promising, but I honestly don’t know if it’ll do much. Has anyone else tried SNA Ashwagandhaadi Leham? Did it really help with stress and anxiety? I’m kinda worried about the side effects too, like what if it makes me feel even more jittery or something... I mean, I don’t need that right now! Diving into ayurvedic remedies is new for me, and I'm realizing there's a lot to learn. I haven’t tried much other than a few teas and stuff but I heard this leham is different. Can it also help improve my energy levels? After work, I come home and just crash on the couch. 🤦‍♀️ Please share your experiences or any advice on how to incorporate SNA Ashwagandhaadi Leham into my life! I really hope it works but like, I don't wanna waste my money if it's not a good fit for me. Thanks a bunch!
