Aapke jesa vyavhar bata raha hai ki aapko vata dosha mein imbalance ho sakta hai. Kabhi-kabhi, routine yaajivika mein udasi aur bechaini ka anubhav dosha imbalance ka sanket bhi ho sakta hai. Aapko samjhne ke liye aur yeh sab theek karne ke liye hum kuch Ayurvedic sujhav dein:

1. Dinacharya ka Palan Karein: Har din vishesh samay par soyein aur jagne ki koshish karein. Subah thoda exercise ya yogasana, jaise Surya Namaskar karein jo aapke sharir aur man ko prasann banaye rakhega. Regular schedule aapke bio-rhythm ko sanatan aur balance karne mein madad karega.

2. Ahara Mein Thoda Parivartan: Aapka ahar vata-pacifying hona zaruri hai. Aisa khana khaye jo garam, mushy aur sauteed ho. Masale jaise hing, adrak aur ajwain istemal karein. Koshish karein ki raat ko 7 baje ke baad bhojan na lein.

3. Abhyanga ka Labh Le: Apne sharir par tail massage (abhyanga) karein. Til ka tail ya sesame oil ka massage karne se, aapke sharir ka vata dosha shant hota hai aur mastisk tannav mukt hota hai. Roj snan-se-pehle 10-15 minute ke liye yeh kar sakte hain.

4. Manasik Santulan Ke Liye Pranayam: Pranayam jaise Anulom Vilom aur Bhramari aapke man ko shant banate hain. Har din yah pranayam lagbhag 10-15 minute karne ka prayas karen, aur dheere dheere aapko fark dikhega.

5. Shankh Pushpi ya Brahmi Ka Prayog: Yeh dono jadi butiyan aapke manasik sthiti aur vata shamak ke liye faidemand hain. Shankh Pushpi churan subah ya smear milk ke saath lene ka sochen.

Agar in sabke baad bhi aapko aram nahi milta hai, to kisi Ayurvedic nideshak aiye jise vyaktigat paramarsh mil sake. Samasya ka mool karan samajhna aur uska upchar karna atyant awashyak hai.
