I am struggling to find reliable info about this whole immunity thing. A few weeks ago, after catching a bad cold, I started hearing people rave about this Chyawanprash stuff. Like everyone says it’s great for the immune system, but I’m not sure if it actually works. My grandmother used to give me this when I was little, but back then I didn’t think much of it, you know? Now I’m in my mid-30s and feel like I need to up my game, especially since the weather keeps changing and I dont wanna be sick again. Last month, I had this terrible cough and fever, and I felt completely wiped out for days. A friend mentioned that Chyawanprash could really help boost immunity, but does it really work? I’ve seen different brands and some say their Chyawanprash is the answer to increasing immunity, while others are like, just eat healthy! Honestly, kinda confused. Should I actually expect to feel a difference, or is it just another health fad? Can it really increase immunity??
