I am really confused and honestly a bit worried about my health lately. I’ve been feeling under the weather for what seems like weeks. I get these strange recurring colds and it’s just driving me crazy—I can’t seem to shake it. A friend told me about the Planet Ayurveda Indian Echinacea Capsule and said it really helped her boost her immune system, but I’m not sure if it would work for me.
