A fiam most 30 éves. Vele született sferocitózissal. Életében kétszer kapott vért. ( 2 hónapos korában, 14 éves korában parvo vírust kapott el). 2023-ban krízis állapotba került. Kórházba került( 3 hétre). Nagyon legyengült állapotban volt. Nem tudta ellátni magát két- három hónapig. Ma kontroll mellett rendben van. Dolgozni csak úgy tud, hogy muszáj neki kocsival menni reggel három napon, mert fizikálisan nem bírná. Haza tömegközlekedéssel jön. Két napon home-office- ban dolgozik. Nagyon kell vigyáznia, hogy el ne kapja a fertőző betegségeket, ha mégis akkor nagyon legyengül nehezen látja el magát, nem tud lemenni a boltba sem. Rengeteget kell pihennie. Szeretnék tanácsot kérni a fáradékonyságának csökkentése érdekében. Mivel lehet segíteni, hogy az energia szintje javuljon? Köszönöm a hozzá értő segítségét!🙏 Zsuzsa

-Ayurveda can be used supportively, but it must never replace hematology follow-up. In conditions involving anemia and splenic stress, treatment should be gentle and strengthening (Brimhana + Rasayana), not detoxifying or aggressive. -1. After meals (morning & evening): Punarnava Mandur – 1 tablet twice daily 2. Night (bedtime): Ashwagandha churna 3 g with warm milk (Supports strength, recovery, sleep) 3. Morning (optional immunity support): Chyawanprash – 1 tsp daily Diet: Warm, freshly cooked foods Soaked black raisins, pomegranate Small amount of ghee daily Avoid fasting, cold foods, overexertion Avoid detox therapies. –If hemoglobin fluctuates, or there is spleen enlargement / iron overload, consult both hematologist and qualified Ayurvedic physician before starting.
