I am 44 years old female. For the last two years, I have suffered from pitta problem on and off. Recently, my latest blood report showed signs of non-alcoholic fattly liver disease, mild hypothyroidism and increased cholestoral and high triglycerides. Can someone please suggest some ayurvedic supplements that can help me? Any advice in this matter will be greatly appreciated. My main issue is with pitta induced headaches, heartburns and vomiting.
